The TV studio has relied on TP8000 and XPLORER panels to carry out its audiovisual projects.
The integration of a complete Intercom system was recently completed at the Citi TV studios, now renamed Channel One TV in Tesano, Ghana. With this new change, they are reaffirming their commitment to broadcast quality content of all types of programming but bringing a new perspective and scope to the broadcast.
This project has been carried out in the main control room and production room; in addition to 2 separate studios. The organization has relied on TP8116 user panels, 1UR user panels with 16 programmable keys on 4 different pages and TP8416 panels, with 16 programmable keys on 4 different pages. They have individual volume control for each communication point. ECO canceller and integrated DSP. They have double AoIP Dante / AES67 port, a VoIP port, a Digital port and an analog port. The information is presented on a graphic display, with the possibility of up to two lines of text per key, a third line indicating the audio level at the cross point.
For technicians and personnel on the move, the XPLORER wireless beltpack has been integrated, thanks to its long autonomy of up to 20 hours, which allows to chain recordings with live performances without having to recharge the battery.
Bahamus Limited (integrator with over 20 years of experience located in Ghana), has carried out the integration of the entire project in collaboration with AEQ.
AEQ Intercom systems enter a world of possibilities being able to make configurations, cross points, send and receive Dante signals from both mixers and other equipment that are within the system.
