AEQ provides its intercom technology for Manuel Turizo's concert at the Guadalajara Arena
Colombian artist Manuel Turizo, one of the most prominent figures on the current Latin music scene, gave a sold-out concert at the Arena Guadalajara as part of his international “201 Tour” on December 2, using AEQ technology to manage internal communications for the event.
Recognized for hits that have reached millions of views globally and for a solid international career, Manuel Turizo continues to establish himself as one of the key names in Latin pop and urban music. His stop in Guadalajara was one of the highlights of his tour, with a large-scale technical production befitting the magnitude of the show.
The concert took place at the Guadalajara Arena, one of Mexico’s most modern and important indoor venues, equipped to host large-scale musical productions and top-level events. Its size and technical characteristics make it a particularly demanding space in terms of coordination and communication between the different teams involved.
This project was led by Alejandro Villareal from Video Conceptos, in collaboration with our local distributor Viewhaus and its sales representative Raúl López, as well as Cesar Reyna as manager of the AEQ Mexico office.
During the show, held on December 2, 2025, AEQ’s Xpeak and Xplorer MAX intercom systems were used, enabling smooth, clear, and reliable communication between the various technical departments involved in the production. Importantly, only one MAX antenna was needed to cover the Guadalajara Arena, allowing for extensive technical coverage with the least amount of equipment possible.
At events of this magnitude, involving areas such as sound, lighting, video, production, and staging, real-time coordination is key to ensuring the show runs smoothly.
